Na CASA DA CORUJA as migas são confeccionadas com a tradicional broa de milho e aromatizadas com o nosso azeite e uma mão cheia de outros ingredientes que as tornam únicas. Acompanham entre outras coisas as morcelas ou carnes de paladar forte.
At the “Casa da Coruja” (owl’s house) the “migas” (fried breadcrumbs) are made with the traditional corn bread and seasoned with our olive oil and a handful of other ingredients which make them unique. They are served with “morcelas” (black pudding) or very tasty meats, among others.
